Mr. Ludwig a lifelong New Haven native who grew up in Woodbridge and has lived for the past 30 years in Branford. He was a partner and COO of Garland Publishing, Inc. from 1969 until the sale of the company in 1997. During this time he additionally managed the company’s offices leases and was responsible for the purchase and sale of the real estate holdings for the company. Looking to put his real estate experience to work he obtained a Connecticut real estate license. He then worked for the H Pearce Company before joining Wareck Real Estate LLC.
