Wendy Rawlins

After 25 years of employment within the Finance Department at Yale University, Wendy Rawlins is retiring! She will now combine her experience in the Higher Ed industry with her practice as a licensed Realtor for over 13 years and will focus full-time on both residential and commercial real estate.  Wendy’s proven capabilities of negotiations, contract review, relationship building, strategic sourcing, interior design, effective communication, project, and process management is a matchless combination that continues to serve her and her clients well.

 

A graduate of Springfield College with a BS in Human Services, Wendy also holds two Master degrees, Master if Science in Management (MS) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Albertus Magnus. She is a dedicated professional with exemplary interpersonal, customer service, logistic and computer skills. Working independently as well as working closely with clients, Wendy found many similarities after embracing the real estate industry. “In my Procurement and Real Estate roles, I've found a need to focus on customer service, while providing sound advice to my client(s) on the best solution for their situation, continually trying to obtain the best value for my client,” added Wendy.

 

Self-motivated and energetic, Wendy‘s natural ability to effectively communicate and build lasting relationships with her clients, her likeable manner and creative approach as well as her on-going pursuit of real estate education keeps her in the forefront of today’s real estate trends.
